The Department for the Economy in conjunction with Bluestones Staffing NI has developed a training programme designed to give people the information and insight needed to start a career with Bluestones Staffing NI.
The course is provided under the Department’s Bridge to Employment programme which aims to equip unemployed people with the skills to compete for new job opportunities.
Launched in February 2018, Bluestones Staffing provide a unique outsourced managed service proposition to the Logistics, Retail and Production industries. Bluestones Staffing provides training and development opportunities for candidates who want to learn new skills, develop existing ones or re-train in a new sector. All candidates receive a certified qualification upon completion, and for successful candidates, a guaranteed job.
Following short listing successful applicants will be required to undertake a company aptitude test and the following desirable criteria may be used to select applicants for interview.
The selection process for a training place will include an information day and an interview.
